I reached out with my situation and it seemed like the person who answered the phone was unbothered to help me understand the terms of agreement in hiring a PI. I've never dealt with anything that would require a private investigator or a lawyer or anything regarding legal matters. he used terms that I was unaware of. I did my best to try to understand but the gentleman cut me off and spoke down to me. Just to add the issue was not with money. the issue was with understanding the services I would be obtaining. I have money. Not everyone has dealt with the law or needed this type of service before.

I would 100% recommend Pedro to anyone looking for a PI. He is qualified, personable, honest, clear, and communicative. I asked Pedro to help me with a child custody case, and he gave me everything I needed after years of lies and lack of evidence. Pedro wasn't kidding when he says he has a lot of specialties and his background is exactly what I needed. Pedro's reports were honest, informative, and essential for me to make my point known. He took pictures, videos, and whatever I needed to show what I needed. Pedro is very respectful and extremely easy to work with. I trust AAA.

Needed some assistance with determining what services were needed to keep Myself, loved ones (friends and family) SAFE from a highly Emotionally Unstable, Scary, Volatile, Aggressive Female Stalker and Sociopath whom stalked me to my girlfriends home (for a comparison think of Amber Heard and poor Johnny Depp and his plight). AAA Discreet Investigation returned my calls promptly and for a fair price spent time answering basic questions on how I could continue to Insure our Safety and Basic Steps, Tips and Pointers to Take to Protect Ourselves from her ongoing aggression. Pedro is our hero. Our French Bulldog was missing for 27 days and because of Pedro we were able to bring him home. We got truly lucky finding Pedro who went above and beyond to find our dog. 5 Star Yelp review defined as; Woohoo! As good as it gets! Let me clarify what means for all intents and purposes here. Personally, in hindsight, there's always a different route, or a back road, side gate, that could've been taken to reach a particular destination. For most people getting from point A to B is all that matters. It's nice when problems are that easy. Pedro solves dynamic complex problems using all 26 letters of the alphabet. That's what you're paying him for. I was privy enough to learn a few details involving my case, and it required an exxtra bit of sauce to get it done. Everyone knows the details are in the sauce, and Pedro delivers!

I paid Pedro $2k to investigate and deal with my issue. No work actually done and he behaved in a manipulative way, twisting the facts and changing the agreement we had in place. I reached him on the phone and asked for a partial refund - he refused, flat out told me I'm not getting my money back, then hung up on me. Definitely will be pursuing this in small claims court. Watch out for this guy, he seems cool and trustworthy, but don't fall for it.
