NearbySpy is a marketplace and operations platform that connects Clients with licensed private Investigators. NearbySpy does not perform investigations, supervise investigative work, or guarantee the result of any Case.
Payment & Fees
NearbySpy is not a party to any service agreement between you and a Private Investigator. We do not warrant Investigator availability, qualifications, or pricing. We do not collect, hold, or refund payment. All fees are negotiated and paid directly between you and the Investigator. Engaging an Investigator is at your sole discretion and risk.

Investigator Licensing
Investigators are responsible for maintaining active licenses, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where they work. Clients should independently verify credentials before engaging an Investigator.

Profile information, pricing, availability, specialties, and service areas may be provided by Investigators or third-party sources. NearbySpy works to keep the marketplace useful, but does not warrant that every profile detail is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NearbySpy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or from services provided by any Investigator found through it.
