I hired AAA Legal Process, Inc. to be my serve company and am happy to recommend them. I chose them over their competition because they offer a flat fee that covers several serve attempts. The POC for the company, Melissa Toyooka, was responsive and timely in handling my questions. I found this company to be careful and thorough to perform server duties. For service performance and quality, ease to work with, and value for money, I give them 5 stars.

I had an emergency, unexpected situation where I needed to get an expedited hearing. Melissa and her team served my paperwork on time and filed the proof of service directly with the court. I had a rush order and they delivered, it was worth the money and cheaper than order quotes.

I called AAA Legal because of good Yelp reviews and the fact that they looked professional with their website and have been in business a long time. I was surprised how easy it was. I was able to talk to a real person on the phone right away who told me to Just upload the papers you wanted serve and hit a button. No upfront fees. I added few special instructions that was it. The papers were served as instructed. I was then able to also pay online after getting an invoice. Totally painless. Highly recommended.

I think this company is very good! They went out of their way to try and serve the documents, & without charging me any extra fee's filed paperwork with the court for me, which they were smart enough to have me fill out in advance in case they were needed! Great service, good communication! Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I do I'm happy to know that they will take good care of me.
