Established in 1978. A & A Legal Service has grown from a two person operation to a team of process servers, private investigators and trained court filing and research representatives. Established in 1978 by Paul and Bobbie Anderson, husband and wife. A & A Legal Service has on staff, licensed California Private Investigator #22224. The company is also registered as a deposition officer. Our General Manager is a 20 year veteran with the company and provides our clients with a wealth of knowledge. In the investigative department in addition to the lead investigator, the investigative assistant has been with the company for 20 years. She first worked in the field but now shares her experience supervising field investigators. Our Process Manager has been with A & A Legal Service for 9 years and is certified by CalsPro in her capacity. Our field staff consists of all independently registered process servers experienced in process law, court procedures and investigative law.

We had an Electronic Filing service before that was TERRIBLE! They would charge horrendous rates and sometimes not even get the document filed and bill you any way. We found A&A and they helped us immediately and their prices are reasonable. We will never use anyone else. Thanks! Law Office in Sacramento

Highly recommend this place if you're looking to sue a person who does not want to acknowledge court papers you send out. This place will deliver and call you up to confirm if contact was successful or not. I would use both this place and USPS tracking services if I were to sue anyone again.

Excellent service and communication. Our law office is outside of California and we needed a process server in CA. This is very uncommon as we work almost exclusively with in-state parties. The individual who needed to be personally served kept evading service both at home and at work, but A&A communicated with us the whole time, offered options, and asked for our input. I am sure that the communication and persistence by A&A (Paul, Liana, and others behind the scenes) is what got the job done. Their staff was very professional and accessible. I am completely satisfied with their services and very highly recommend A&A Legal Service, Inc.

I reached out to A & A because I was in urgent need of help. The person who handled my call (Le****) was very helpful and clear in what the company could do and what it would cost. She also gave me some options and explained why costs might vary. Even though I told her I was not yet sure if I needed to engage their services [to retrieve some archived court records from the mid-1980s] 'L' went the extra mile and explained some practical challenges around accessing court records in the Bay area. If it turns out I need services of the kind that they offer, you can bet I am calling A & A.

I was quoted one price on the phone. They charged a fee per page above 10 pages and later almost doubled the price for service of a DVRO. Other process servers do not mark up service of a restraining order. They blamed it on me for not telling them the matter was a restraining order.

Finally something went smooth and easy. You really would like to avoid getting the courts involved but sometimes there's no other option. Calling Liana at AA Legal was the best thing that's happened for our lawsuit since it began. Sent them the court docs and a couple days later the papers were served over 500 miles away...Thanks Again!
