Jim was very responsive and thorough. He communicated well and answered every question I had since this was my first time to use a process server. He served the papers and provided all the documentation I needed for the courts. I highly recommend him!

Stay away. I spoke with Jim about serving court documents to someone at a big tech company as that was the only address we had. If he had really been in business for decades, he should have known how much trouble it was. Instead, he charged us for the service and gave up. He never even attempted to fill out the court form to say he had attempted to serve the documents. Overall, a really poor experience. I'd recommend Bayside Process Services instead as they went to multiple addresses and succeeded in giving us the court documents we needed. [Edit: Jim continues to claim that the address is incorrect or erroneous as stated in other reviews. It seems that he just wants to make a quick buck instead of actually trying to do his job. Again, I would not recommend A D Services Process Service because of his lack of transparency/communication in process serving (first time serving court documents). Other servers know that serving big companies is a pain, and I'm pretty sure Jim knows too - he just isn't up front about it.]

After hiring another process server that was unable to deliver the documents to an evasive individual and had to get an extension from the court, Jim was able to serve the court documents on the first try. Extremely reliable and professional, not to mention he has the best rates compared to all the other process servers I've called for a quote. Jim is the only process server I will use from now on.

Fantastic work! This was a hard to serve person and Jim and his team successfully served this person. Job WELL DONE! The service was top notch. Communicated clearly and promptly. I called a couple of process service companies before and left a message and one answered in a different language. So frustrating. Then I called Jim and he picked up the call right away. He was clear and concise of what he needed and let me know what to expect. He was thorough. You WILL NOT find any other process server in the Bay Area that even compares to A D Service. Thanks so for your help Jim!

I know people think that landlords don't care about their tenants but for some of us that's not true. After numerous complaints (years) and breaking her lease we had to evict her. It was difficult and upsetting. Jim was super understanding, nice and professional. He posted and mailed everyone quickly. I had questions and he made sure they were all answered. I don't want to have anyone served again, but if I have to, I'll go with AD.
