Established in 2008. For all services provided through ACPS, you will be dealing directly with me, Nick Conner. I am a Private Investigator licensed in the state of Kansas and appointed as a Special Process Server in the 18th Judicial District Court of Sedgwick County, Kansas. Office is centrally located in Wichita, Kansas serving the entire state. I highly recommend calling me in person on my cell at 316-706-2524. In most cases, I should be able to give an immediate answer to most of your questions in procedures and a personal flat rate. Please keep in mind, I am not an attorney and am not allowed, by law, to give legal advice.

I work for a County Attorney in another state. I needed service on a woman in Sedgwick County, KS and the Sheriff's Office wanted me to mail everything through the postal service. I didn't have time for that so I gave this company a call. Nick Conner answered the phone immediately and let me email everything to him. He found the woman I was looking for, served her and had all the paperwork back to me on Day 2. He gave excellent customer service and quick results. I will definitely use his company again if the need arises. The fact that a person answered the phone and not a machine was also a huge bonus as far as I'm concerned. Thank you very much, Nick!

Nick Conner did a great job tracking down an unscrupulous contractor who has refused to appear in small claims court. He did a sting operation in which he pretended to need a bid for a remodel, and personally served the warrant successfully. However, somehow, we never received word of when the hearing was scheduled--not sure if that is Nick's fault or the court's fault. Nonetheless, I would recommend Nick to others needing this service.

We used Nick Conner at Air Capital Process Service to serve a complaint under unusual circumstances. The case involved a number of people who were attacking others on the internet, always using false names and identities to keep from ever being found out. Even after their names were found, tracking them down was difficult. Mr. Conner not only attended to our case quickly and professionally, but went the extra step(s) of investigating the actual address of the one defendant when the information we had turned out to be nothing more than a mail box at a UPS store. We would recommend Mr. Conner and his agency to anyone.
