Your company is very unprofessional. I will like a REFUND! The information you gave me after I asked for my money back were incorrect. The address that you gave me is the address where his girlfriend works not where he works. They both drive similar cars, which means you provided me with information on the wrong individual. There wasn't any updates, of which I requested, at all. I didn't get any pictures or proof of work that I am able to provide to prove the work was done. Upon further review of your business I have found that you are not even accredited by the BBB (Better business bureau). I am requesting an immediate refund of 1500.00 dollars within the next 5 business days. This company is definitely a fraud. Don't waste your time or money on this company. I still haven't heard back from them

Beware - Complete Scam and Waste of Money This was by far the worst $1500 I've ever spent. Dorian Bond took my money and provided absolutely nothing in return. He started the investigation on August 14th and didn't bother to respond until November 17th. When he finally did respond, he had the audacity to ask us to provide our own research that we had uncovered. He conducted three half-hearted visits that yielded no results, and his communication was atrocious. Calls and emails were completely ignored for weeks. When he finally responded, he refused to explain anything about his work and outright refused to issue a refund. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam artist. He clearly has no regard for his clients and is completely uninterested in doing any real work. Avoid this company at all costs.

I called the main number. Ms. Michelle texted me a different "Bond Investigations" numbered . I called and spoke with a Dorian, who was rude, obnoxious, on steroids. Full name is without a doubt Dorian Sucks! This person refused to listen to questions about the service offered and fees. The person refused to listen to the investigative services needed. The low rating means you should not waste 1 Penney of your money on this company because "Dorian Sucks", big time!

This individual and agency is strictly interested in collecting a fat fee upfront and doing absolutely nothing to earn it. He showed up once after collecting several thousand dollars for a serious project. No way his one day of work at $150 an hour was anywhere equivalent to the time and effort for which we contracted. Dorian Bond is a 100% con man. If I could give him zero or negative stars, I definitely would. Do not hire him for any reason. Better to buy some high quality surveillance or recording equipment and do it yourself. A lot cheaper and you will at least get some results. Filed a complaint with the state licensing board for private investigators. This supposed investigator has a license to steal and he uses it.

Dorian Bond lacks integrity. He was friendly during the initial discussions, lied about the 2500.00 deposit would cover the first 20 hours of work . Services were not performed as promised. He sent an amateur to take photos. The photos were out of focus , didn't use a flash to take night photos , unable to identify faces. Only took a few photos and failed to send more of better quality as promised. He discontinued responding to my request to provide updates until I disputed the credit card charge, then he threatened to take me to court. I failed to research his company prior to paying the deposit , I would have discovered many complaints that mirror the fraud I experienced. Please see YouTube videos if you are considering hiring him. Review his contract prior to paying the deposit,'do not use the payment method he recommends as you will be unable to dispute charge's , only use a credit card to pay , this will allow charges to be disputed when he fails to provide services .

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! Bond Investigation team worked with urgency and with care to get my stolen dog back home. Dorian did an amazing job working with and without the police to get the job done. I can't thank Dorian enough for his bravery and care. Even after my baby was returned, Dorian continued to stay on the case to gather as much evidence needed to hopefully bring justice soon.

All of the other 1 stars are spot on. Took my money and gave me back the same starter info that I gave him. Promised to do more and never did. Two months later he gives me the same bad info again. 100% scam artist
