Joining the NYPD in 1986 he worked the streets of the South Bronx and Midtown Manhattan before joining the Detective Bureau. While in the Detective Bureau Ken worked many notable cases, bringing them to successful conclusions. Ken has made a career of investigations and brings his experience to the private sector. His level of experience and professionalism is second to none.

Established in 2013. All Private Investigations LLC is a private investigation firm owned and operated by former NYPD Detective Ken Tomlinson. Ken has conducted over 5,000 criminal and civil investigations ranging from larceny to homicide over a twenty-five year career. All Private Investigations consists of professionals with experience conducting surveillance, finding evidence and getting photo or video proof. We have over twenty-five years of experience conducting surveillance, locating witnesses, locating missing persons and fugitives, documenting results and providing court testimony in both State and Federal Courts. All Private Investigations will provide you with the information and evidence you need to make sound decisions.

All PI handled my request for services in an extremely professional manner. From the beginning of my contact with Ken, my questions were answered with no surprises. He assisted me in determining how best to get the results I needed. The extra effort provided to me gave me the confidence to secure the services provided by this company. They were available when I needed them and did not hesitate to accommodate my needs. The prices quoted were concise with no extra surprises added to the cost. I highly recommend this company!

I wanted to share my experiences with Ken Tomlinson and All Private Investigations. I had contacted Ken to investigate and find information on a very old and complex matter that required a good deal of effort and skill. This was my second attempt at this and the first attempt was around 10 years ago with another detective agency. The previous company painted an overly optimistic picture, took around $800, disappeared and never provided anything. Upon my initial conversation with Ken, he was extremely frank and honest about the possibility of obtaining the desired information. He never made any promises and provided realistic expectations. I was comfortable with paying him an up front retainer. Ken was persistent, remained in continuous contact and provided regular updates on his progress. After around 60 days I received the call I was hoping for - he had found all of the roughly 30 year old information I was seeking!!! I highly recommend his services!

In my opinion, these guys are the best investigators around. They go where the investigation takes them - fully licensed. The report was clear, concise, had multiple visuals, and done on a timely basis. I didn't have to keep after them. They were given a job and did the job thoroughly. I dealt with"Ken". He was easy to work with and had decades of experience in the NYPD.
