Amber is amazing! I was having great difficulty serving a lawsuit to my elusive ex-landlord and had tried two other very highly rated process servers without success. One of them tried a couple of times and fizzled out, and the other charged an arm and a leg for a failed service and followed up by asking obscene amounts for a stakeout. No thanks, mister. In sharp contrast, Amber was so much more professional and so much easier to work with than any process server I'd either hired or attempted to contact. Her website made it easy to schedule a call, and she obviously took good notes on that call and was responsive with emails and texts during the actual service of the suit. When the service took far less time than originally planned, she took the initiative to provide a partial refund. Honest, timely, communicative, and highly efficient--couldn't ask for more! If you need to hire a P.I. or a process server, put Amber Howe at the top of your list.

I work in Philadelphia and we needed to serve a company in San Francisco. I found Parkside Process Service on yelp, and liked the fact that the process outlined on their website was straightforward. I filled out some information, uploaded my document, and before I knew it Amber was emailing me letting me know she received everything and she linked me to my invoice. I sent my documents on Friday, paid the invoice Friday afternoon and the documents were served Monday and I received an electronic version of the proof of service on Tuesday (with a hard copy to follow). Very easy, no fuss, and job well done. If I ever need to serve anyone in that area again, I will definitely be using Parkside and Amber.

I hired her to server papers. She did not do properly, she dropped papers on top of the outside mailbox of someone else 10 feet below the person's apartment. Now I am getting sued because of that mistake.

Amber was great to work with. Very responsive, thorough, and completely professional. When she wasn't able to track down the person we needed served, without being asked she refunded the additional filing fees we paid for, while still giving us documents to provide due diligence to the court.

Amber was good! She was prompt in answering calls and starting the attempts once she received the paperwork. Then she went above and beyond in effecting the service. It's also great that there's a small neighborhood business that does this. I didn't have to deal with a faraway impersonal downtown businesses with a ton of rules. I will use her services again if the need unfortunately arises.
