On the company website, Vicki Ammann presents herself as the business owner of Ammann Process Servers, LLC. However, through voicemails and texts, she identifies herself as a coordinator and negotiator, she is extremely unprofessional and maneuvers through intimidation and fear tactics. Her information was not accurate, she refused to name the landlord or explain her position to the landlord, she tried to accuse and then made efforts to extort money for financial gain. Vicki Ammann's behaviors were so over the top and incorrect, she made herself look fraudulent and uneducated in her field of practice, she did not handle a sensitive situation appropriately, she didn't even stick to the guidelines on her own website, she had no structural motivation other than to harass and insinuate. When I asked questions about her practice, she became defensive, her actions left me feeling violated and concerned about personal information she had about me. Not all process servers use slimy and unethical practice tactics, but unfortunately, Vicki Ammann and Ammann Process Servers, LLC, do. When Vicki Ammann was questioned, she responded only indirectly, she remained evasive and nonprofessional. This treatment is not a good look for newer business and business owner.
