I paid $3500.00 for services for my son in Prison! even before my son signed the contract paper work my money was spent and now they do not return any calls, I have no idea whatthey did or did not do! pretty sure I was screwed out of the money & my son has been screwed by the system again!!!!!!

Do not work for this corrupt company. Do not do business with them. There is a reason why their ratings are so low and have scored C- with the Better Business Bureau. I was hired on a contract basis for $25hr to process documents. I found ANL to be unorganized and unprofessional. I was lured with the guise that I would also be an at home assistant. Making phone calls and sending texts. After I had committed I was informed I would be receiving a $10/hr pay cut for telemarketing services. Unfortunately, Victoria attempted to make false claims then was resistant to compensate for the time I had worked. She actually argued and tried to dock my pay as a final attempt. Good thing I have texts from her showing evidence. ANL is a disreputable business. They basically scour court records for personal information then contact filers in attempt to establish accounts. I agree with another reviewer that the company is essentially untrustworthy. I wouldn't be surprised if the one good review on here was falsely posted through ANL.

Worst server! Non-responsive, unreliable, and untrustworthy. They're great at collecting your money. Once the payment is collected, their service is not provided. Customer service is a revolving vmail that never returns calls. I will make sure that the court should not use this company for consumers. My payment is non refundable and now I have to sue them in small claims to get my money back. Insane! My original small claims hasn't been attended. It's a out of state company but the receptionist mentioned it's the same fee. Now, they're telling me that the fee is more money for out of state. I would not choose this company to serve and get the job done.

ANL contacted me after I filed in small claims court. They said they could serve the papers because they use suffiticated databases. They may have them but you'll never know because they do not call you back. DO NOT USE PEOPLE.

Terrible. I hired them to serve papers and let them know when they needed to be served by. After multiple follow up emails and phone calls, nothing happened. I finally hired another firm to do the work and disputed the charge on my credit card. A week later they finally served the individual (after the service deadline had passed and another process server had done the work). Do not use them.

Avoid this company at all costs. My time and money was wasted with this company. This company is extremely unreliable, they dId not complete service nor did they timely communicate as would be expected. Very unprofessional service and business. I spoke with Brittany and she assured me that my time-sensitive documents would be timely served. The service of process was not completed as expected and with no timely follow-up. I showed up in court and was advised that the case could not be heard, wasted my time and now have to file all over again. i called the owner and he lied about calling me multiple times, no missed messages were received and only was call was made to my phone despite multiple emails and phones that I made to ascertain the status of my documents before the court date. The owner is named "Gino" claimed he's been doing this for over 20 years and was arguing on the phone back and forth, and even stated I should "continue" the case after the court date? WTF!? That is not possible. Seems like some scam if you ask me. They dropped the ball and did not live up to expectations and did not timely communication. Not professional, I want a refund. Will never use them again. Ever. Two thumbs down.

Ridiculous! Brittany is very rude, doesn't respond and then acts like you are bothering her. I paid as soon as she contacted me to get the process started. They had over a month to serve the person and did absolutely nothing. I tried texting, calling and leaving messages. The day before court a receptionist by the name LaDios text me asking me for my invoice # to make sure I paid and said I will check to see if your person was served. HELLO! I'M STILL WAITING. I see someone had a good review over a year ago, sounds like Brittany fell off somewhere. Stop taking peoples money!

This place is a scam! I paid for a process server back April. They never served them. I called multiple times to check up snd then they emailed me someone else's info. I had to pay another process server because we were at the 15 day mark that they had to get served by which was over a month after i paid them. Still can't get ahold of them to ask for a refund since they did NOTHING!!! I followed up multiple times asking what the status was up till the late day!! Avoid this scam place. Also Brittany is rude. Ok
