We are heartbroken that my elderly aunt spent $3500. She was afraid of losing her house due to a woman draining her acct.-hired them to help-background check is same info we had already from Google for free. Now they are ghosting us. Really sad. Shame on them

if i could give zero stars i would christopher castorena scammed me and my family and caused more drama by lying to us , i reported him to the board and his license was revoked 10/31/2024 myself and 6 others testified , i wish i researched him he has done this in the past and just closed up shop and started over again

I called Rick at API and he answered right away, and we consulted about the best way to handle this situation obtaining legal documents from the county. We discovered he legally couldn't help me BUT he still offered great advice and took the time to go over my options and provide me with a way to solve the issue. He went above and beyond to help me and won my business for anything investigative in the future. Highly recommended Company!
