Established in 2006. Starting in 2006, our small business offered process servers for Coloradans who were having a hard time finding their subpoena recipients. We have since added private investigation and surveillance services because our clients often need additional assistance for their family law cases.

A contracted employee of this business showed up at my apartment at 8:30 at night, and proceeded to yell at me and threaten me over the phone when I told him that I did not feel comfortable meeting him alone outside of my apartment building in the dark. He then ignored my offer to meet the next day in a public place, saying that he had attempted to make contact with me and I had refused the papers, so his job was done. It wasn't until I called the police and had them contact him about the situation that he finally agreed to meet me during daytime hours in a public space. I am a young single woman who lives alone and I don't believe that it is too much to ask to meet in a public space, during daylight hours for my safety. Especially with a man who was so unprofessional and aggressive towards me over the phone. This company was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate and I can not stress enough how unsafe and threatened I felt by their employee.
