I highly recommend you don't use this company. There are many other companies to use, that actually care and get the job done. I only used this one from a friend recommendation. I was trying to serve someone that I need protection from instead of waiting for an officer to do it. I explained how this person literally tries to dodge everything and even gave them all the details of where they will be, when and how long, pictures, etc. They quoted me $175. Little high but I went with it cause they reassured me that they could get it done. I even gave a contact # of the other person that will be there. The server literally dropped the ball. Wasn't ready at all. Still sitting in the car. He finally gets out of his car in a bright Red shirt and just wanders slowly over. The person saw and drove off. Meanwhile, a kid was fully able to get out of a car and fully get into that car!! Plenty of time that someone can give papers to someone... I talked to the server afterwards and I was confused how he didn't rush over and be ready before he even got there. He said we are not police officers and can't just break through windows!!! What?!!? Who said anything about that. Usually a server is out ready to go especially when all the exact details were stated to numerous people on the phone and in emails. I called and stated my fustrastions to the company. They don't care. They want to charge me even more money to do another attempt!!!! another $100, mind you!! All they do is lie and try to pass blame and say they weren't there with the server so they don't know. They did tell me, in email, that the driver tried calling the other party that was gonna be there, to sit something up and no one answered!! They never called! We have a call log to prove it! I literally wasted $175 with a lazy server and bad customer service. I literally paid extra for this situation and they tried to make me feel bad for the server having to go out of their regular jobs to do this one. Isn't this a job plus I'm paying extra than normal??! Long story short, I highly recommend finding another company!! Do not use this company!! Don't waste your money or your time.... Very upset with the customer service through the whole thing and how they handled it in the end!!

Samantha was nice but Jim cost them a customer . His active listening skills were sub par. Called for clarification but he was so focused on charging more money he couldn't provide that. He was extremely rude but thankful for capitalism there's someone providing this same service on every corner. I requested a refund and was informed it would be less about 10 percent fee and I would receive the my money back. I paid them $175 and received a $90 refund. That's not %10 so that also speaks to their integrity as a business which is the true reason this review is being left. Giving the track record so far I expect them to pay for review to bury this one.

Zero stars if possible, save your money and use a different company. Pay the premium for Rush on 5 attempts and they don't follow through with the agreed upon number of attempts because someone at the house states "I'll trespass you" as if that has any legal binding. No consideration for partial refund and apparently it's just easier to take the $ from a customer rather than uphold to the agreed upon level of service.

If you need something served right and served fast, use ASAP Serve. Incredibly responsive and got the job done super fast. Very professional and made it happen when others could not. I won't waste time calling anyone else in the future.

This review is long but it's information worth reading. Beaware this place is so unprofessional. The worst is Susie she's very Rude over talks you. One of those know it alls. She hung up in my face while talking after I let her explain her side of the story as to why that they could not catch the person I need them to serve when the person was clearly at the location I gave them at the time I gave them. This place is a COMPLETE rip off. It's just a money grab to them nothing else. I paid $300 for NOTHING!! DO NOT be fooled by the 5 stars they are receiving. They are more and likely have some of those posted by people they know. They are very nice and persuasive when obtains your business but the bait and switch begins when you question them about ANYTHING. Any paying customer has a right to and update or information about their serve. I have been speaking to her the entire time but when the conversation and questions I was asking got to hot now all of a sudden I need to speak to John the owner. I was charged a 2nd time for another serve and Suzie quoted me one price an additional $90 but when I called back to schedule the 2nd serve John quoted a totally different $180 but he's the owner so where's the communication between them. Simply a money grab. I spoke to two other Process serving companies that knew EXACTLY who this company was and there process procedures. I was told that they are all about the money and have no compassion for the customers. I was told the way they operate is they hire anyone but all there hires are independent contractor so the pay them $30 to $40 to sever keep the bulk of the serve money and 1099 the independent contractor. I was also told sometimes the Independent contractor says he's been to the location may have over slept on the early serve or just not shown up. The process co. that divulge this info hired a passed employee of ASAP Serve and this was told to the new hiring co. I would probably think maybe just a mad employee but I can tell you I experienced first hand this companies rude, crappy service so that leads me to believe that this pass employee is on the money. I wished I had listen to the 2 reviews that warned us about this co. I've learned something don't always be impressed by the 5 stars. As long as you go along with their program you will be fine just don't ask any question or challenge them that 's when your troubles will began and you will get to see the real them. And that poor girl Samatha is there puppet. When Suzie hung up on me I called back Suzie answered saw it was me and put the elevator music. I hug up called back and she had poor Samantha answer and say she was busy and couldn't talk to me. I request my receipts and my proof on the non serve docs at least 3 times and I yet to get them. I will be filing a formal complaint against this co. I will also place them on Ripp Off Reports we consumers need to make each other aware of companies like this one. I hope this review will help others. From a VERY dissatisfied customer.

Being in the same business in California, I could immediately tell I was dealing with competent professionals! I had an emergency service where the subject had fled California to Arizona to avoid service, and it required an extraordinary effort including surveillance, stakeout in very warm temperatures, site checks and constant communication. I worked directly with John (the owner) and Scott (the server), and they got my guy! He wasn't easy, and having done nearly 150,000 serves myself personally over the years, I knew the task they had on this one! Not only did they get him served, but they provided bodycam footage as evidence of the service and circumstances, and provided a detailed report of the service after above and beyond the Proof of Service! Whether you are an affiliate service like me, an attorney or a pro per needing your documents served right away, look no further!!! ASAP is the place to go! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I am so upset today, after finding out how badly I was ripped off. My neighbor was being served and they came the first day (his car was home) they knocked about 15 mins and left. As soon as they left he (neighbor) took off and disappeared for 2 weeks. We called ASAP every day to let them know his car wasn't home so they wouldn't waste their time or gas. Trying to be a good person. When we finally knew where they could serve him (which is walking distance to the original address) we called and let them know (I would give them 5 stars for this alone) and they immediately ran over to serve him and got him served. Except they charged us again!!!!!! $360 Today we found an independent server to serve the other party and they are charging us $50 Seriously?!!! How do we go from $50 to serve someone to almost $400 by ASAP? We literally did them a favor by saving them "4 additional trips". We saved them money from driving out to FH 5 times.

Terrible company. I thought they would be more aggressive but they screwed us out of money. They said they would make 5 attempts, but gave up after 1 attempt. This place is a rip off. Their servers aren't very bright.
