Ashbury Investigations is a licensed, bonded, and insured Pennsylvania private detective agency. We develop and gather the evidence you need in a confidential and discreet manner. With each case, we bring deep investigative know-how to deliver the peace of mind you deserve. Our confidential private investigations, expert surveillance services, diligent research and background screening services are available to private individuals, attorneys and law firms, as well as organizations, businesses, and corporations throughout Pennsylvania. Today Ashbury specializes in all surveillance issues. We handle custody disputes, time theft, cohabitation, and domestic surveillance matters. We understand the stakes and work to get that incontestable proof.
I opened Ashbury Investigations in 2016 to serve as a bridge between the investigative and behavioral health worlds. Inspired by another investigator I soon sensed detective work had awakened talents in me like no other profession. At its root private investigations is the business of helping people. Sometimes the answers are straightforward and the role of an investigator is to simply make you more confident in your position. Other times, your detective will help bring light to sometimes critical, scary, and dark situations. In Ashbury Investigations and The Recovery Detective, I work with people in crisis to resolve their problems with a clear vision and confident results.

After several failed attempts by process servers to deliver critical court documents, my lawyer recommended I try a private investigator. The law firm explained that a P.I. would conduct the thorough background and ensuing surveillance needed for a successful serve. My lawyer also encouraged me to use a private investigator because I needed the entire experience documented for future litigation (in the city and county of San Francisco). On a word of mouth recommendation, I reached out to Joe at Ashbury Investigations. He quickly coordinated with me and my lawyer to figure out the best course of action. Ultimately, it took Joe's technical know-how and creativity to successfully serve the defendant. My friend indicated Joe was a mission-based and sharp. Joe and his partner Mike worked thoroughly. They were thoughtful, thorough, and resourceful. They were both street smart and academic, providing guidance on matters like the nuance of emerging law in electronic discovery. It was clear to me, Joe and Mike seek to serve through their work. I reached out to Ashbury Investigations when something seemed a little off with a guy that I met on a dating site. I wasn't really able to find out anything on my own through internet searches but I still had a bad feeling. I have never called a private detective before but I am so glad that I did. Within a few days they were able to determine that this guy was leading not just a double life but a triple secret life. I'm not sure I would have ever been able to figure out all of this on my own and I am beyond grateful for their help especially the advice they gave me to make sure that I was physically safe. This was an awful experience and I learned that people aren't always who they pretend to be especially in the online dating world. If you have doubts you should definitely call Joe.
