i paid jeff $1500 to learn where my children were. He was going to put a tracking device on my vehicle (good idea). None of that happened (he didnt execute the plan); he made a drive or 2 the girls marernal grandmother's home. He also got snippy with me when, as a distraght, scared father, i sought to advocate for myself. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. Jim Lani

I hired Jeff and his partner to find my 12 year old daughter who ran away they boasted about the technology they had and how it was cutting edge. I felt very confident about their abilities to find my daughter but was quickly disappointed with the results. An average investigation costs about $50-$100 an hour Jeff charged me almost $1700 without producing any results. My daughter returned home on her own thankfully but unfortunately I had already paid dearly. I'm a single parent and a disabled veteran so I asked if there could be some adjustment because they barely had my case for a day before my daughter returned and had zero leads, I was brushed off as it was no big deal. Not only do I feel very taken advantage of but have spent a good portion of my emergency funds. If you're missing a child or anyone don't buy into this, their tech isn't worth the cost.

My advice to anyone considering using Quantum Investigations is to be extremely cautious. Back in January 2019, I contacted QI to find a missing relative. The owner who originally advertised himself as a former police officer said that he would find my father and verify the address by making contact with him. He hoodwinked me into paying him an extraordinary $2750 by calling it a retainer with unearned funds being returned. Ultimately he gave me an address and refused to do anything to verify my father's presence, and refused to refund any of the money. So it's as good as an address provided by a $10 online people service but cost 275X more. After he had my money he required that I sign a contract that had all kinds of disclaimers on it. Because I signed it the credit card company will not refund my money. Buyer beware.
