Arizona Quick Serve was fast an efficient. We emailed the documents to be served and they updated us with attempts to serve. I was worried they would say they couldn't serve it and try to charge us again but that didn't happen! They got the job done and didn't try and charge us extra fees. Filed our proof of service and did it in time for court!!!! Thank you Arizona Quick Serve!!!! You ROCK!!!!!!

Arizona Quick Serve Process is my to go to for a lot of my AZ cases, all I have to do is send Craig an email letting him know that I will be sending a case over or just send the case and I will get a response ASAP. They really do have great communication with me when it comes to the job that was sent to them. They follow service instructions and provide me with case status as service progresses. They really get the job done in a short period of time and always return the paperwork ASAP. I have no complaints regarding their service in general. They are reliable and trustworthy, I definitely recommend their services.

DO NOT USE UNTRUSTWORTHY! Owner Craig Podgurski takes your money if you fill out his form then lies about delivery attempts. N They never attempted delivery then blamed it on us the client. Total SCAM. Check BBB and Google and Arizona Consumer protection

via YelpStop looking. Call Greg at Arizona Quick Serve. Despite their impeccable rating
Stop looking. Call Greg at Arizona Quick Serve. Despite their impeccable rating and reviews, somehow they were far down the list of Process Servers that I Googled. I called three other companies with acceptable ratings at first. I had to leave a voicemail message with each one. Then I scanned the list some more and found Arizona Quick Serve. They had a great rating. I called, and got a live person. He explained the process. I emailed the paperwork, and he sent me a link for payment. As a retired business owner, "Ease of doing business" is an important factor. And it's the little things that make the difference. When I accepted payments, I would have loved to have been able to send out the simple payment email I got from Greg. Very quick and simple. Yeah, OK. He answers the phone and the payment process is easy. But how long did it take him to get the defendants served, you ask? That very same day. I emailed the payment at 3:00, and the papers were served at 5:20, a little over 2 hours later. Maybe they don't all happen this fast, I don't know. Maybe the defendant happened to be home, maybe he was expecting company so he answered the door when he knows I might serve him, and maybe the server was down the street when he got my paperwork. But here's the thing. It doesn't matter if all the planets in the universe lined up to make this happen. If a company's obsession isn't to be in the right place at the right time, an opportunity can be wasted. Preparation makes good things happen. I've never had to serve anybody before, and expected the Service Process to be a problem. It wasn't. In fact, after all the BS I've gone through with the Neighbor-from-hell, this was surprisingly the smoothest part. I'm grateful to Greg and his staff for making this part of my adventure stress-free. By the way, of the three other companies that got voicemail messages from me, one called AFTER the papers had been served, and I haven't heard from the other two.

Excellent professional service at a fair price. Provided me with good recommendations and timely communication on every step. I have used their service twice (had to refile a case due to my error in meeting a deadline) and I highly recommend their service.

I was told I would be emailed a copy of the failure to serve and I never heard back from anyone after leaving multiple messages and now I am receiving deliquency notices from the court... I just want you guys to complete the process I paid for... and now on these other reviews I'm seeing that for other customers you submitted that to the court which would save me a lot of trouble after waiting so long... UPDATE I wanted to leave my original review up to speak to Arizona Quick Serve and Craigs customer service. I was looking for quick serve AZ. But Craig was 100x more helpful in one conversation then these guys have been through this whole process. I'm confident they would take much better care of my case and this is definitely where I will be coming in the future. Thanks again Craig!

Craig was awesome and super informative. His email responses are clear and he is quick to respond. He saved me some time and headache by pointing out I needed to serve my ex landlords LLC address, an old address of hers and still registered as the LLC's address. She never changed it with the Arizona Corporate Commission. We ended up serving the ACC and now I'm just waiting for the court date. Thank you Craig for helping and guiding me. If I ever need to serve someone again (let's hope not) I will definitely look you up. Kristin

via YelpThis was the worst process serving experience ever. Stay far far away from this
This was the worst process serving experience ever. Stay far far away from this company. All they did was take my money and were completely unresponsive and could not care one iota of actually serving the papers I had entrusted to them. I should have read the reviews beforehand. I asked for a refund and was denied. This company attempted to deliver when the business was closed and called it an attempt. The owner "Craig" does not provide you with any useful information. When asked when will deliver occur or how far away is the server, he provides no response. On several occasions, I contacted him and advised that the person to be served was actually at the location so that that the service could "actually" be completed. All I got was excuses and how I purchased the wrong service, so it is clear that it is all about the "money" to Craig and not about having satisfied customers. I used JS Process serving and they got the job "done right away" and with a successful result. Give them a call and you will see the extreme difference in attitude and customer service. Their number is 602-344-9655. Arizona Quick Serve basically robbed me of $65. Stay far away. Another point is as follows: If the server is not the server and you cannot communicate with him or her directly so that the job can be accomplished, THAT IS A HUGE RED FLAG. HUGE RED FLAG. Seems like people have been robbed since 1999.
