Established in 1989. Since 1989 Richard has been performing background investigations for the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and US Department of Defense. His formal training has included US Army Counterintelligence Agent Course, US Defense Intelligence Agency, and Central Intelligence Agency. He has held a security clearance with the US Government since 1974. Mr. Rodriguez started BAR Investigations, Inc., in 1993, is licensed and insured within the State of Texas, and has conducted private investigations worldwide.
