If I could give 0 stars I would give 0. IM writing this review on behalf of a friend who hired this PI a few months ago with no resolution. My best advice is go on all platforms and read all reviews. Makes me wonder if this is a real business! Why is it only one person being mentioned. Most reviews are all the same the PI telling the women to forget about it and move on after being cheated on. To save their money. Sounds to me as if he doesn't have employees other than himself to help him do a simple case of catching a cheater. Typical man! Then to top it all off he gives the run around as if he's so busy he can't attend to the client. honestly the shitty job he did, anyone could have done with half a brain. His talent is the gift of gab. And always ends with "it was my honor to help you." In short DONT waste your time or money on this agency. There are better ones out there. How is he still doing business is beyond me!

BEWARE!!! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNAPOLOGETIC AND UNACCOUNTABLE. This is my first time hiring a private investigator and I must say that Mr. Gomez is one of the worst people I have ever met. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be scammed. There was a few hours delay in him receiving my payment due to his bank and he called me a scammer. I sent him pictures of the transaction and instead of him taking a proactive approach by calling his bank he told me to cancel the Zelle payment. Unfortunately, I was unable to cancel it therefore I told him to return my money which he agreed to. He later received it and instead of returning my money he sent me a report and did not even apologize although the mistake was on his part.

I've had nothing but diligence, professionalism and results from Manuel Gomez He was able to track down evidence that supported nefarious activities showing my ex was a danger to our children. He stayed the course and came to court day after day, year after year until the job was done. I highly recommend him especially if kids are involved or at risk. He fights for the most vulnerable.

Because of his quick betrayal - after I contacted the local police departments in my area telling them that I am confident I will win the case because of my large amount of proof - I know now that I have a high chance of doing so. They all confirmed it when I realized they all had to team up against to try and suppress me, they don't even want my money! I will earn or buy that cool pen and glasses you have when I'm done

Mr. Gomez is a fraud he talks a good game.He tells you check his references which looks good. I called him for a minor case where I was asking for him to retrieve video footage.He told me that I have a limited time to get the video that he will have to start right away. Once he cash my check for $7500 he never got back to me never called to inform me what was going on he just disappeared. I called for over 2 months with no response. When I did get lucky and was able to reach him it was because I called from a different phone # and he probably thought it was a new client to scam. When he realized it was me he brushed me off with an excuse telling me I will call you back which he never did.He is the worst phony investigator. He claims he has a team working for him which is a lie. He works from his apt above a laundry service. Mr Gomez is a fraud and he uses a CNN interview and tells you to check him on Hulu on Crime and Punishment. Beware don't fall for it like I did . He is a thief and should be in jail . I advise anyone who was defrauded by him report him to the Better Business Bureau (BBC) for fraudulent businesses practices.He got a 1 rating because I had no choice his company gets a O rating. Don't ever use him. The bad ratings he has gotten it is 100% true it happened to me. A. Mohammed

I must say that after speaking to Manuel Gomez I felt a little better. Not only was he professional he was empathetic. I haven't felt reassured on how to go about the situation Im currently in for a while. Everything was explained throughly and also he took the time to answer any questions I may have had. He works around the clock which is also an added bonus. Everything isn't always about money. Thank you so much. Definitely will be referring people to you.

Please believe the other reviews and don't throw your money away. Invest in anything other than this "company". I've made countless attempts at getting into contact with investigator Gomez, all of which were left unanswered. Many promises made, zero fulfilled. I borrowed $7,000 to pay Manuel Gomez, and despite my greatest efforts to touch base with him and follow-up after our initial encounter, I was ghosted and regret purchasing a service I never actually received. I could have paid my attorney, or paid for school tuition, or taken a trip with my kids. Instead, I gave away free money. Please, buyer beware.
