I would highly recommend for people to go to another company, as they do not care about customer service at all. In fact the employee cared more than the owner. I used them for some PI work. The investigator that they sent out, was not able to find the address from his GPS, and therefore was unable to do the work for that day. I was able to google the address and go straight to the place of business. Reallly? They did credit me the time, and did a background check for me without telling me that would be in place of all the surveillance time that I had already paid for and so that document cost me $1800. I had already found and given them most of the same information myself. I sent an email with my concerns and the owner, Bobbi, couldn't even be bothered enough to return my email or try and make things right. I guess she figured she had her money, so that was good enough for her. So what they gave me was basically nothing that I couldn't find out for myself for $4.00. I find it impossible that my background check equalled $1800. That would mean it took them 18 hours at $100/hour when it took me 3? I don't think so. Stay clear if you don't want to just give your money away.

Don't waste your money. Hired them for a child custody case. They can't find their way out of a wet paper bag if their life depended on it. They tell you they have great private investigators who were special ops. That's a joke they couldn't even locate a person when I gave them the address. Said their GPS wasn't working huh??? They did not take any photos as promised. Extremely unprofessional wish I had saved a couple thousand and hired a REAL private investigator. RIP OFF!!!!!

All they needed to do was see if they could find someone easily from one of their computer programs. They didn't do anything, and I found the person myself easily over the internet a couple years later. Left feeling totally ripped off for the money. Good grief..if you don't want such a simple job where you aren't making the big bucks then turn the job down instead of LYING and saying that, "He' s gone so underground we can't find him." Uh...I gave you his social security number and every other vital bit of information including his driver's license number, he belonged to a big Union and so forth. Total b.s. he couldn't be traced easily. Avoid this place unless you want to be good and jerked around!!!! Update: The gal who runs this place wrote me a note to tell me she went thru ALL the files and there is nobody like that. She wanted my name..yeah, I will give you my name when I believe anything you do. At this point, after threatening me that she will have this review taken off, I would not believe anything Blue Moon told me including the words "and" and "the." What a con! She said she would have my review taken off Yelp (at which point I found that one pretty comical), and then she took off her threat I see from her response. What a lying bully...do not waste your money with this bogus place!

Blue Moon was great in a recent infidelity case. Bobbi was most helpful in working within my budget. Bobbi's experience as a private investigator and the officer's law enforcement history made it seem effortless to get the proof I needed in court. I highly recommend them for your surveillance and and "cheating spouse" needs.

Honestly... I never yelp. But I had to log on in response to my experience with blue moon. We had some trouble with theft on our property in the past months, we were worried and confused about what route we should take to prevent further instances. My husband and I had contacted all of the surrounding security companies. The customer service at blue moon far exceeded our expectations and they went aboveand beyond to meet them. The guards they sent to protect our property were just down right nice people. Whatever happened to customer service? They have it figured out! Sorry for babbling. All the Best
