Interestingly, there are 2 positive reviews that are Not reccamended on Yelp. That is because the owner created them. I hired this business in the spring. He took my $600 and made promises to have all information by the end of 30 days, as I had hired him just to verify something. During the next 28 days, I was called once, and sent a few emails stating he was very busy "investigating". At the end of 26 days, he called, and tried to pressure me into purchasing $1,000 worth of more services from him. He said " his time slots were quickly filling up for the month of June, so I needed to make my decision quickly". I said I needed to wait the weekend. He also said he had verified my info, but said he had no camera on him at the time. Well, two days later he admitted he ACTUALLY never verified the information, that he had said it out of desperation I told him I would be immediately terminating his services and he was no longer needed. He started yelling at me through the phone and said I was damaging his business. I hung up on him, and later emailed him, asking for a printout of exactly how my 10 hours purchased were spent. He refused to give it to me, as he responded back by email, then he threatened to call my misdemeanor probation officer and the police on me even though I had done nothing wrong. I have saved every email from him, so I have proof of this. Not only that, I discovered months later, he had told multiple people ALL of my personal information and specifics of our business deal. This firm is very unprofessional. Please go elsewhere.
