I started my career in law enforcement at age 19. I worked patrol and Investigations my first nine years, before accepting a position as a district attorney investigator in So. California. I promoted within all ranks of the Bureau of Investigation, and retired after serving 5-years as the Chief Investigator. After retirement, I relocated to the Bay Area so my wife and I could be closer to our two young grandchildren. I opened this business to assist others in their time of conflict, hardship, and/or legal difficulties. Getting to the truth of matters is imperative. I believe in treating people fairly, while also holding sensitive matters confidential. The court process can be intimidating and having someone help you navigate through it all is reassuring and less stressful. I believe great customer service and treating people with respect are essential.

After finding a half sister through DNA, Briner & Associates did some research for us to find her father. She was put up for adoption by our mother and the documents about the adoption are sealed at the request of our mother. She is not from the same father according to DNA. Gail provided us with her findings and Rob explained how the information can help us put things together to narrow down a possible father. Would absolutely recommend and work with them again!

I used Briner and Associates to process a background check for a prospective nanny. They were extremely responsive and so helpful. Rob walked us through the process of what to expect, what info they would need, the type of information they could provide and how long it would take. He was in touch every step of the way, updating as each piece of information came back. He conducted interviews with the references and overall just put our minds at ease! Absolutely recommend and would work with Rob again.
