I tried to hire this lady for a simple small claims case. All I wanted her to do was to fill out all the forms we had a few back-and-forth conversations and I was trying to feel comfortable with this lady. I explained exactly what I expected of her. She told me her fees and I agreed. She then texted me and told me that she was declining the job. She also advised me that it would be in excess of $400 to find out an address to get my party served, and I advised her that I did not need that service that the sheriff could serve the papers I would avoid this lady's service. I was very disappointed. Fortunately, I figured her out very quickly do not use this company. She is no good.

This would one of those times I wish they had negative stars! Awful experience DO NOT USE. Owner was assinged to my case needed a rush service. She said she could do it for $500... had to be that day so we agreed, the NEXT MORNING she emailed me saying because we did not prepay her invoice she didnt go... and that 500 was for only trying to serve them one time And if they weren't there it would be more. What Joke, waste of time and client is not happy. Save yourself the headache and find a professional service.

I hired her to serve somebody who has been evading service. Though I was completely transparent in telling her particular circumstances regarding person being served she never told me that she will only perform one attempt even though she quoted me unlimited attempts for 125. When I complained she actually said "Did you really think I'd make unlimited attempts anywhere" even though the address I was attempting to give her was well within her service area. She was trying to charge me double for every address even though she didn't tell me she would do this when I hired her. Very unprofessional. I tried to ask for a refund before writing this review but she seems to not be interested in working with me. One hires a process server to get the job done and sometimes that means multiple attempts to at very least provide documentation to the courts for a sincere effort. This was a waste of money.

I concur with the other reviews here. Easteller and team went above and beyond to get an elusive and sneaky witness served. They weathered changes and additions to locations and timelines with grace and ease, and were always friendly, accommodating and a good value. We felt they were part of our team, and wanted to get the matter resolved as badly as we did. That's rare these days. Highly recommend.

Service was prompt; however, payment was rudely demanded and after I issued payment, I realized the litigation matter was incorrect. I contacted Bruihl for clarification yet four weeks later, the court has never received the return of service and I'm left wondering what I paid for.
