Hired this company to serve a summons on a Monday. Spoke to Billy on the phone.
Hired this company to serve a summons on a Monday. Spoke to Billy on the phone. Send him a Paypal payment and then send him two emails with a copy of the summons. Called them the following Monday and they tell me that my email was in their spam folder (Why does your business have email folders that you're not checking?) And now that they see it, they will attempt service. The NEXT day received an email back that they received my request and payment. (Over a week has passed already.) Two days after I received the email I send them another email asking them if an attempt has been made (this is 11 days after hiring them). I don't get a reply. The day after this, I called them on the phone and Billy answered the phone. I asked him for the status and he told me he doesn't know and will call me back shortly. Doesn't return my phone call. 15 days after they have been hired, I request a refund from paypal. I then hired and paid another company. PayPal refunds my money and on the same day I get an email from Billy telling me that they're in fact was a successful attempt to serve the papers. So, I send them their payment back in an attempt to be as Fair as possible and cancel the service with the other company. I receive an email back telling me that they returned my money AGAIN, because once I have put a stop on the order, they do not proceed. I'm certain this is just some cockamamie nonsense he made up on the spot because I called him out on his incompetence. So, not only did they not even try, but they only told me they tried after I have pulled my money back. And not only did they not succeed, but by telling me that there was a successful attempt, they prevented another company from succeeding as well. Why would you tell me there was a successful attempt unless you wanted to get paid? I don't understand why you would tell me that there was a successful attempt after I've taken my money back if there is nothing you're willing to do for me with that successful attempt and payment. If I didn't know better, I would say this guy is intentionally wasting my time. And he's probably going to do the same with your time. I tried to be as fair and as patient as I can be with these people. At one point, I even told him that it was 2 weeks since they receive payment and Billy had the nerve the correct me and tell me, "yeah, but we only saw it a week ago."...as if that's somehow my problem. With as easy and as fair as I tried to be, I got nothing but mouth I'm return. Then he sends me an email telling me that he's been doing this for 38 years. Well, if you can't serve your purpose within 2 weeks after being hired, it doesn't matter if you've been doing this for 100 years! Hire these people and the word "incompetent" will echo in your head for days. Be ready to receive no service, but all the excuses. And don't expect any kind of customer service. You won't get it.

Got the job done. Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented folks. Took one star off for a slight lapse in communication for a few days. My case was very time sensitive, and I didn't get any updates on whether the person had been successfully served or not. My calls and emails were not returned, and I had to drive to the office to try to find out anything. A staff member called his cell and he quickly called back after that. Overall I thank them, reasonable prices, fast, professional services, and would use them again if need be.

Thank you to B T Edwards Process Server for your professionalism and speedy service. After the post office messed up my first attempt at service, I reached out to B T E. Since I am in another state, I was able to upload my documents to their website and they handled everything from there. B T E is very familiar with the laws and knew exactly what to do. Service was done in a timely manner. Communication with the clients is OUTSTANDING! Thank you so much!

BT Edwards Process Server was my life saver. I needed to have someone served in a short period of time, and at first I opted to have the Sheriff's office to do it, but I was told that it would be closer to the end of the 60 days to have them served. I google.com process servers and I called the first 3 that popped up. The first 2 didn't answer and in my 3rd call Mr. Edwards answered. The price was VERY responsible, location was also easy. I dropped my paperwork off and sure enough papers were served. The person being served wasn't easy to have served, but he never gave up and was very diligent in getting it done. Thanks a lot Mr. Edwards for not giving up so easy!!!
