Established in 1981. Capitol Process Services, Inc. was founded in Washington, DC in 1981 with the goal of providing comprehensive service of process and private investigation services to the legal community. We quickly gained a reputation for being thorough, effective, reliable, and timely, and while we remain locally owned and operated, we have expanded our geographic reach to serve clients around the country. Our clients include the largest law firms in the Washington, DC area and other major cities, Fortune 500 companies, and Federal Government departments and agencies. We are bonded, insured, and licensed throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and we are a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Mid-Atlantic Association of Professional Process Servers (MAAPPS).
