William was a big help throughout my case. He and Christopher communicated in a timely manner. William was very direct and informative in his responses which gave me confidence that the job would get done. They are a bit on the pricier side, but in my experience it was definitely worth it. The skip tracing was quick and effective, and once everything was ready, William followed through exactly as promised when it came to serving the defendant. Overall, I have no regrets choosing their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and professional process server.

Highly recommend this firm. They are accessible, responsive and go the extra mile for their clients. I had a very challenging case but Will was helpful and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. His support staff is professional and provide updates, paperwork quickly.

Will Carlson does an incredible job! After working with a company that didn't do a good job, Will came in and in less than 24 hours had majority of the job done! I found Will to be a no-nonsense guy who wanted to get the job DONE quickly with as little stress as possible. Will wants to get the job done; and promises that he can find ANYONE. I completely believe him after working with him!

We used William to serve a small claims summons after the sheriff failed to do so, and he got the job done extremely quickly. I cannot recommend him enough--he was extremely professional, communicative, fairly priced, and clearly very dedicated to his work. In fact, the defendant almost ran over him with her car when he was serving the summons and he stuck it out and got the job done. Hire him, you won't regret it.

Carlson Investigations is the best, bar none! William is truly a master of his craft. Diligent, goes above and beyond, and works hard in finding and serving elusive and difficult parties. Our firm has been using his services for close to 10 years, with consistently great results. And we absolutely value our relationship. I am on the west coast and needed to have a service done in the Chicago area. I called and spoke to William about my needs and perhaps some challenges finding the individual to serve. William was very professional, offered some different services if the individual was elusive and made it clear I'd called the right guy. Despite the individual's attempts to cover his tracks and move around, the connection was made. I received progress reports as things happened and although I hope to not need services like this in the future, I know who I'll call.

I would definitely recommend the services of Carlson Investigation Inc. This guy is not only attentive to details but dedicated to offering services far beyond normal; while simultaneously providing positive & quick results at reasonable prices. I used his services on two of my Chicago properties & he got the jobs done quickly. Hopefully, I will not need his services soon, however, if required without question, In will hire him again.
