Hi, I own a home in Bend, Oregon and manage remotely from Arizona. I was originally recommended this company by the Central Oregon Rental Owners Association and I'm so glad they did. Cascade Process Services was and is a life saver. I used their file preparation services, mediation and court filing services. They helped me peaceably remove some bad tenants while avoiding eviction and ruining the tenant's lives. In addition, they also saved us both from having to go through court proceedings, without losing the legal repercussions. I have been receiving monthly payments as per our agreement and most importantly I'm not stressing. I will be using them again for another tenant issue.....unfortunately ;)
