After a very difficult season in our marriage, my husband and I entered counseling, and our therapist recommended a polygraph examination to help establish clarity, accountability, and a foundation for rebuilding trust. From scheduling to the final results, the entire experience was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and respect. The staff was responsive, patient, and understanding, and they clearly explained the process without ever making us feel rushed or judged. On the day of the appointment, the environment was calm, private, and well organized, which helped make an emotionally intense situation feel manageable. The examiner was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, approaching everything with neutrality and respect for both of us. We especially appreciated the time spent carefully reviewing and finalizing the test questions. Had an appointment for an employment screening. I got the email with the instructions before I had my test. I had to fill out a 12 page packet which took me a few hours. Then packet is very detailed. They will review it with you when you arrive but make sure you don't make mistakes. I did need some clarification on some of the questions. The upside is the interview and test seems to go by fast once your in the middle of it. The downside is that it is intense and the whole thing makes you a little nervous and even a little sweaty. I was a little cold in the room at the beginning but by the end I wasnt.

Facility is nice, private. Receptive when you are signing up and paying them money. After the test I asked them how they validate their service and they asked me to give $450 an hour for any further work. What a joke. It wasn't a question about my specific case, it was a question on what studies are out there on polygraph testing that validate it as a tool to find the truth. I do believe the test but I wanted to be able to come back to those who were questioning it with some scientific validation. Very disappointed in the people who run it and now really question the validity if they can't answer this question.
