Charlie was excellent. Called him, he came the next day early in the morning to serve a disruptive roommate. He was calm to the point. Did extra by filing it at the court and bringing it back to me. There were some circumstances that preveneted me from doing it. Professional, tadtful. down to earth, clear about his prices. He also works with evictions which I called him back for more information and would not hesitate to use him. Thank you for your Kindness and buesiness expertise. I hightly recommend him to anyone that needs help with a tenant. or other situation. Very well done with EASE. Thank you Charlie Lynn Kealohaleimakamae Eklund

Stay away from Charlie Latham: overcharging and dishonest service. I hired him to serve a document to someone in Oahu. He tried to charge me for 3 documents, saying that the document included 3 forms. The court and lawyer confirmed he was overcharging; it is one document to sign. He finally agreed to charge for 2 documents and to refund me in case the respondent wasn't found. I hired him because I was in a rush and wasn't sure the respondent was still in Oahu. He attempted to serve the document once, didn't find the respondent. I find out the respondent was in another state so I asked to get my money back. Now he states there is no refund! 117$ for one failed attempt! I communicated very clearly with Charlie. He was aware of my financial hardship. How can you take advantage of situation like this?!

Charlie informed me that I could do a certain process myself as it was not a official court paper yet, and save myself some money serving a bad tenant a notice to pay myself. I will be returning to him when the official eviction documents need to be served. Thanks for your help Charlie! It's very appreciated!

Excellent courier service and personal process service of legal documents, ie: complaints, subpoenas, etc.. He also will retrive documents from the courthouse which saves my office a lot of time.

If you need court documents served and delivered, someone who knows exactly how to get your papers delivered and filed (in the shortest time and at reasonable cost), Charlie is the man. He is called a process server. Call him! He will know exactly what to do to make your day in court a pleasant memory.
