We have used Chicago Professional Process Servers since 2013. As a paralegal I really like he fact that I talk with the same person, whom then dispatched to the person best suited for the area. The quick online ordering makes things easy for us. They tend to be a lot faster than are previous service and they don't make excuses. Thank you.

This company made 3 "attempts" not repeated attempts. First two attempts they were "not able to gain access" to a gated community while the office was open during business hours.On the third attempt, the server went to the wrong door, interviewed the wrong person then went to the right door. All 3 "attempts" were on a holiday weekend not one during the work week etc. When i called to question their practice, he bashed other service companies and yelp for his reviews stating its cause he didn't pay for this service. Careful when hiring, especially if your out of state!

This place does not serve, they take the money and run! It is anything but professional. First I called to ask if they could serve at apartment complex without a unit number. Their answer was yes, as long as I provided enough information about the person and made a payment upfront. Once I paid them the process server called to tell me that he could not serve because I did not give them a unit number, which I found outrageous.The process server was angry and rude. He yelled at me, told me he was done, he asked me not to call them and hung up the phone. So unprofessional!!! I found out the unit number and emailed it the next day, hoping that he would make an attempt to serve, but I was simply ignored. They took $85 from me and did absolutely nothing. It's hard to believe that a licensed worker can be so dishonest and get away with it. Dealing with a child custody case in Family Court is disheartening enough, I did not need this company to make me feel worse. Save your time and money, find a better process server...

I am very happy to Use Chicago Professional Process Servers for my properties in Chicago. It is difficult to find process servers that actually make multiple attempts and real attempts to get my 5 day notices done. I have been using them for about 8 months now and they get the job done. What surprised me was the number of people who amazingly forgot to pay but contact me after I hire this firm. Never had people contact me to pay..... They also return my keys which is always a concern for me.

This company does not deliver! It sounds really good based on the website - which touts high care and diligence - but the actual performance could not be further from the truth, at least based on my experience. I recently needed to serve my delinquent tenant the 5-date legal notice so purchased the CPPS standard service for $85. To my great disappointment, the papers were never actually delivered; I merely received a statement the appointed server made three unsuccessful attempts and that was the end of it. On the website, the service is not presented as "you are paying for 3 attempts, successful or not", or I would never have used them. My two other points of dissatisfaction were: 1. When I initially inquired about the status (as several days had passed since my order and I had not heard anything on this time-sensitive issue), I literally received a one-line response with no common courtesy words in it (i.e. thank you). 2. When I followed up after receiving the "final report" (which was useless and disappointing), I never heard back from anyone. I'll never use this company in the future.

So far, this place is terrible. It has been two weeks and counting since I submitted documents for them to serve, and I have had no luck finding out if the service has been completed, and if not, when it will be completed. And, I had to pay them up front. I called them a few days ago expecting I would be able to get my questions answered, but instead, I was told I had to fill out an online status request form, because they did not have ready access to this information. I filled out and submitted the form, but there's been no response. Now, when I try calling them, I can't even get somebody to answer the phone. These guys are awful. I'm giving them one star only because this system requires a star rating. Otherwise, it would be zero stars.
