I've been around legal profession for over 35 years. I was highly impressed by their efficiency. c&k understood heart condition does not allow me to be under stress c&k, approach was a mixture of understanding and getting down to business , end of process serving ; c&k was mindful of the fact that not everyone has unlimited funds. They work with me on my budget. Job was done in a professional manner. This was an out-of-state request for service and they covered both Florida and Wisconsin, legal , requirements. Kara from, c&k, walked me through all the computer requirements. You can, not ask for more of a kind and professional approach in this profession. If you're looking for more bang for your buck and professionalism there's no other choice c&k.

I needed two subpoenas served and from beginning to end CK was responsive and understanding. I had no idea what I was doing and they were supportive and avoiding me having to hire them by pointing out that I didnt have the right subpoena for them to serve. Truly great people that care about their company. Highly recommend.

(i paid them on nov 26, and by dec 4th they had not served and when i wrote them an email asking status and that there might be a hearing date change, they said they are out of town and will check monday which was dec 8th, 13 days after first payment everyone else does 5 day service, these people don't even know what is going on with their services, the email on the 4th of dec they say they are out of town and will check. but they don;t get back till the 7th of dec, nearly 2 weeks into service. . then the date was changed on the hearing, and they charged me again for service even though they did not serve the 1st one (and that appears to be illegal according to one attorney simply for a date change for the same hearing that was not served prior and paid for). i am sure they will lie and say they did, they did not. then they took $80 more and then they cancelled the service., i did or said nothing to them before that. you can bet they heard it from me after that. it was family law case and they are complete scum. i would not put anything past them, use at your own risk. lying scum!! the second emails where they take more money and give smiley face that they will serve and then they canceled. i did not see the canceled email as i thought it was another confirmation, so on dec 22st i was still trying to serve and they had not done anything and i find out they cancelled putting me in a very precaroius situation. after they saw this post, they send severally threathening emails to me saying they will sue me, i am going to pay, etc..., so i wrote them some very nasty emails. enjoy dealing with this person-company-whatever they are. their response is lacking in facts, i paid invoices as soon as sent, then they charged me again, and when this went on for a month, i asked them to serve asap and they cancelled via email. for no legitimate reason, and they then sent me the nasiest email threathening me for making this post, it was extermely aggressive and nasty. this was for a family law case that is extremely stressfull. don't forget that when i contacted them to days after payment to ask status, there response was literally "we are out of town and we will respond in 5 days. total joke, it wa beyond the service time and they travel and have no clue what was going on, but the worst part was even after i paid them twice for same service and going on for nearly a month, and them missing the 1st deadline for service and were out of town and were not going to respond for 5 days (i have the email) and then they just canceled, there is unjust enrichment, code of ethics in fl for process servers and on and on, but the letter came to me threatneing me, "my words are going to haunt me" they are going to get me, etc.... this is who you are dealing with when you deal with ck. i only sent them nasty emails after all of this.... they gave no notice at all that the service was not effected in the required time and they had it for nearly two weeks. total joke. and they are threatening me more personally now to be involved in the case. OH, THEY MADE CLAIM THAT PAYMENT CAME ON 26TH NOV, I HAVE CREDIT CARD RECIEPT FOR THE 24TH SO EVEN THAT WAS A LIE WITH THEM. ENJOY USING THEM. THEY ARE LAIRS AND MONSTERS. I AM STILL HAVE TO TRY TO DEAL WITH SERVICE AND FOR ZERO REASON, THEY HAD NO REASON TO CANCEL WHEN I REQUESTED ASAP AFTER ALL THIS, THEY JUST SENT AN EMAIL CANCELLING LEAVING ME HANGING AND NOW THE THREATS ARE UNBELIEVABLE, THE FIRST EMAIL I GOT FROM THEM WAS UNBELIEVABLY AGGRESSIVE. NASTY, NASTY LIARS AND PEOPLE. MORE INFO: THEY CLAIM TWO WEEKS TILL NEXT REQUEST, BUT THEY DID NOT ALERT ME TILL THE 8TH AND THEN THE COURT RESCHEDULED, AND ON THE 18TH I PAID AGAIN, THAT IS CLOSER TO ONE WEEK THAN TWO WEEKS, SO NONE OF THEIR WORDS ARE CORRECT, AND THE TIME LAPSE HAS NO REAL REASON TO BE MENTIONED OTHER THAT WHEN THEY DID MENTION IT, THAT WAS INCORRECT TOO. I PAID A SECOND INVOICE ON THE 18TH. THEN BECAUSE I REQUESTED AFTER ALL OF THAT THEY PLEASE DO ASAP, THEY CANCELLED WITH NO PROPER NOTICE. ENJOY DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. I AM WAITING TO SEE WHAT OTHER SCUM ACTIONS WILL COME FROM CK. THEY ARE NASTY PEOPLE. WILL NOT ONLY NOT PERFORM THE WORK, BUT WILL PERSONALLY ATTACK YOU.

Absolutely the BEST!! I was in a frustrating situation after my tenants destroyed my rental and absconded to another county. Not only did Carlos work in Pasco but also Hernando County. He responded on a Friday night immediately, met with me the next afternoon, and served papers on the first try a few days later. Amazing work, since they were trying to disappear. He truly went the extra mile, in more ways than one. I am grateful to have found this man - he has a kind heart and really cares to help. Definitely the best and worthy of your business.

BEST process server in FL! Great communication, efficient, and get's the job done right. Our firm hired Carlos and Kara to serve an out of state subpoena, and they got it done ASAP. From intake, service, to invoice everything was organized and professional. Carlos answered the phone directly and kept me posted every step of the way. Kara is organized and diligent with her emails regarding proof of service, payment, and overall logistics. Highly recommend.

Seeking a server for my son. The Pasco Courthouse list of approved servers was long, and like every schmuck I started on pg 1 top. 40 minutes later one call back with a price & a question. The Server asked ME if I knew that they would be allowed to serve this person under the given circumstances. Yeah, so I had my doubts. Flipped the script to the back page working up from the end of the list. Carlos calls back almost immediately. Gave him the story and he says, "yeah, I've been in that situation before. I've got the solution for those obstacles." Is now the time to tell Carlos that the less confident/competent competition is charging 20% more? Finding Carlos & Kara on that list was like finding the treasure on Oak Island by the end of the first season. The best way I can thank them is to convince others to call them. Pasco's (AND SOON TO BE HERNANDO'S ) best.

We hired Carlos and Kara for a Job Well Served. They where Very Pleasant. Very Professional. Took Carlos 2 times in 3 days to find the guy to Serve papers to. He found him and called right away to let us know. Job was Completely. I Highly recommend them for any of your Services. I will Sure Pass them on to any of my friends who need help with Serving Papers. It took us 17 Ppl on the list the to call or Email. Carlos got back to us within 10 mins and was @ our house within 20 mins. Highly recommended. Great Job

I highly recommend CK The Right Process. After calling the Pasco Sheriffs Office for a company to serve paperwork, I received a list of companies. I tried several numbers without success. I called CK The Right Process and Carlos answered the phone immediately. Kara took all my information and after I sent them the documents to be served, they completed the service within 24 hours. They are very professional and documented everything. Thank you.
