If you want a Process Service that requires "references" from Attorneys, Contact NAPPS.ORG. NAPPS has been in business longer, and has a system for filling complaints about any Process Service that fails to live up to the quality you expect for your money. ALSO, you have the choice of shopping for the cost you are willing to pay for the service. I highly recommend NAPPS over any other Process Service to get the service you pay for and expected.

I was extremely happy with the quick response to my request! "Constable Court Services" had my documents served the same day! The patients with answering all of my questions and the attention to detail in explaining every step of the way in the process truly ment a lot and helped me to understand how everything works and what to expect next after the papers were served! The cost was exactly what was quoted to me and very reasonable! I was able to log into the website and check on the status. This was extremely helpful and very comforting! I will most definitely recommend "Constable Court Services" to anyone in need of these services! Thank you,

I hired Anthony Barnes from Constable Court Services to serve two defendants. I believe he is the only "employee" even though he makes it sound like there are more. He filed the wrong paperwork for the first defendant that got rejected by the court and never got around to serving the second. He was very unresponsive to phone calls and emails. I even went to the address listed for his business in an attempt to track him down and it is just his apartment. Now I have to spend hundreds to get a new court date and hire another process server. I'm not sure if he is just totally incompetent or if he's a scammer but in either case do not trust this guy with anything.
