Hawaii Private Investigator George Copeland, the owner of Copeland Investigations, obtained an early experience in the insurance industry, working in the family insurance business. Mr. Copeland also worked many years in the retail loss prevention industry. In the mid 1990's, Mr. Copeland elected to combine his background and began working in the private investigation industry with a focus on insurance claims investigations. After obtaining a CA PI License in 2000, he began his own company, Copeland Investigations. Mr. Copeland later obtained a Hawaii Private Detective License and is based in Honolulu, HI. Copeland Investigations serves Hawai'i and California. Mr. Copeland volunteered with PJRC (Pacific Justice and Reconciliation Center) and with the Missing Children Investigation Agency (Kidfind.org).

EXCELLENT service, PERSONAL touch, I felt so taken care of and at ease during a very stressful time in my life. I talked to a few different PIs and George was the one that made me feel confident and comfortable to move forward with. Hardest worker and cares so much about getting the job done, look no further and hire Copeland Investigations!!! Excellent value and I would recommend to all friends and family!

George helped me serve legal documents to someone where time and place to serve was uncertain. This wasn't a situation where someone could go to an address and reasonably expect to find the person to serve. He discussed the situation with me and brainstormed over alternatives. He was worth every penny of his reasonable fee - flexible, attentive, and communicated very well. I would absolutely hire him again.

George helped me uncover a myriad of deceptions, half truths, and outright lies by a seemingly integritous, mature, and transparent woman. Without George and his team I'd still be getting scammed. I have called several investigative services but Copeland Investigations is by far the best experience I have had so far. When I called, Mr.Copeland answered, was polite and respectful and most important of all helped me understand what I am looking for in an investigator. Mr.Copeland explained their prices (very reasonable by the way), intake process and whether or not I may even need his services at all. Most impressive to me was the fact that he took the time to hear me out. No other investigator I called seemed to want to did this. They gave me that awkward feeling you get when you are trying to find out something but do not exactly know the right way to ask it. To give you an example, here was my experience when calling OTHER investigative agencies... (Phone Rings) "XXXX Investigative Services how can I help you?" ME: "Hi. I am trying to find an investigator" XXXX: "We are investigators, how can I help you?" ME: "Awesome! I am trying to find out..." XXXX: (cuts me off) "How can I help you?" ME: "Um, well I am looking for an investi.." XXXX: (cuts me off again) "Ok. How can I help you?" ME: "Never called an investigator befor..." XXXX: (cuts me off AGAIN) "So. How can I help you?" ME: "Umm I am sorry to bother you, have a nice day. Goodbye" All in All the BEST experience I have had with an investigator, well worth the time and effort to contact if you need investigative services.

After looking at several other agencies, I selected George because others spoke of him very highly and his office was well within the proximity of where I wanted him to complete the intended investigations. In talking to him over the telephone, I felt an immediate kinship with him as though he had been a long time friend. He listened carefully to that which I had to say without interrupting my in any way and then, would ask pertinent questions to provide additional information. George spoke clearly over the telephone and it was easy to understand that which he had to say. During the time of the surveillance I asked him to do, he kept communication with me at all times either by telephone or text messages, responding rapidly to information and questions that I asked of him. Although I live on the mainland in the mid-west, my overall experience with George could not have better if I had been sitting in the car with him. It is with great enthusiasm that I would recommend George to anyone requiring such services. Certainly, if I am in need of further services I will definitely engage his services again. Robert E. S.

I've never had to use these types of services before, so one doesn't know what to expect but this firm made it so easy and they work very efficiently. HPD took over two months to NOT serve a TRO, and these guys served it happen in one day. Thank you very much for your prompt help!! Definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for something like this.
