Seems like they don't know what they're doing they served our tenants on Wednesday, May 12 and so we were trying to do the part two of the evection on May 19 however after sitting at the courthouse and trying to get a hold of these people we find out that they had never filed the return of service so we wasted four hours at the courthouse and numerous phone calls back going back-and-forth and now the tenant has extra days Because of their your responsibility. Then I asked for a refund on this case because they had nine days to file the return of service claiming that they texted me for more information. My question is why didn't you pick up the phone and call me if you supposedly texted me for information. Would not recommend them would not use them again. Ask for a refund she said no after their screwup for nine days. Use someone else they don't know what they're doing!

The owner kept in touch with us every step of the way and kindly helped ease my anxieties when it came to all of my questions regarding the serving process. In my opinion you couldn't pick a kinder or more professional process server. Can't wait for you to officiate our wedding!

I have used this company several times for notary services. I recently had an issue with needing to obtain a title for a vehicle that belonged to my son who has enlisted in the military. Ms Eva was very professional and was very helpful with assisting me with how to go about this although this was NOT part of the service I paid her for. All she was required to was notarize two documents for me but she took the time to assist me with figuring out how to get the title.

Let me start off by saying i called this company on July 24th, i explained thoroughly my situation and what i needed done. The lady i spoke to which was her direct cell phone line.. told me i could meet her at Mcdonalds. I should have took that as the first red flag. She gave me too good of a rate at $40 and i asked her when the soonest she would reach out to try to serve the other party. She told me there was no issue and she was the one who was actually serving him. I made the payment in front of her and asked her to get back to me as soon as she could because my hearing was July 29th. She stated they make 6 attempts and thats what sold me to hiring her as a process server. After this past weekend I heard nothing back from her. I called and called on Monday and now Tuesday and had to go as far as sending text messages of the poor communication and how uncalled for her way of conducting business is. She had been screaming on the phone when i had to call of a friends phone just to get her to answer. Remind you i had to call the clerk of the court to verify if the guy i was going against had been served and they stated he was never in fact summoned. She had 4-5 days which was plenty of attempts to serve him. Once speaking to the court i called another process server "Accel Process" off Google. They stated this wasnt the first time she had done this and in fact lost her licensing with the state. The lady at Accel was nice enough to help and direct me within 2 minutes of the Surgent i needed to reach out to regarding this entire bs situation . (Surgent Willett) will be helping me file a complaint against "Do Process". This Surgent herself had advised what she was doing is illegal and this was in fact as Accel stated not the first person this has happened to. After having to reach out to "Do Process" and telling her she had 20 minutes to contact me or meet me to resolve this issue with full communication, she finally did to my personal number. She has changed her story multiple times (with texts i have saved that i have no problem posting) along with being so unprofessional with mentioning that "a server at 5 pm would try to go try to serve the other party at one more attempt. Nothing was filed and all I needed her to folllow thru with was submitting the attempts or fact she claimed he was served. Nothing was served at all or ever filed. Do not waste your time and money on this company. Poor communication, and completely disappointed.
