Detective Owen is a retired Police Detective with years of investigative experience. Detective Owen began his law enforcement career as a patrol officer in 2009. He served as a patrol officer until 2018, when he was promoted to the position of Detective, where he served until 2022. During his career, Detective Owen routinely investigated incidents including burglaries, assaults, sexual assaults, domestic/family violence, fraud, civil issues, motor vehicle crashes, tactical accident reconstruction, and a multitude of different types of theft, just to name a few. Detective Owen was also responsible for conducting forensic interviews involving juvenile victims of family abuse and sexual assault in cooperation with investigators from numerous county and state agency's.
