I run an auto parts store on the North Shore with about fifteen employees. I recently began to notice a steep drop in revenue. I suspected theft, but couldn't pinpoint the culprit. Data Quest set up a series of mystery shop inspections. They caught some violations and I decided to hire an undercover employee to get to the bottom of everything. They helped set that up and after a couple of weeks on the job they learned that two of my employees were conducting side deals and giving away product. We're back on track now. I couldn't be happier with DQ's service.
