This is a revised review, posted on April 12th 2023, retracting my prior review of 2022. I have posted this review to advise others contemplating hiring this Notary Service, claiming to be a process server, against doing so. Let my $200.00 be a free lesson for you! There was a time in the past, when a Former Detective was part of the corporation, that competent people were employed herein. This appears no longer to be the case. The young lady, a notary, is preoccupied far too often to even be held to account. Let alone who she leaves in charge, as she tends to the voluminous tasks that require her attention outside of the state of Illinois. On top of that she speaks before she thinks about what is going to proceed from her mouth. Simply put what I received as proof of Service of Process, upon two (2) banking institutions in Clark County IL, cannot be filed in any Court within the USA. In fact the notarized document {Federal Proof of Service} states on it's face it is NOT to be Filed with the Court. Let my loss be your gain and take your Jobs elsewhere but do not employ this Notary to Service anything. Tina Hogan wrote [look at all the years since a review has been posted for Richard the earlies was 6 years ago] her response as the old bird {Richard} is busy dying by stroke, in a different state, and that is what she told me! Which is why she cried broke "oh they reached into my bank account" when I filed the chargeback/dispute I pity her poverty. The BBB of Chicago IL is looking for her to answer a few questions. Tell me does the attached documents even come close to resembling Affidavits of Service of Process? Come on lets be real. The last two docs I received back today a Summons [2 weeks after she claimed to have served process] in the envelope I paid postage on without any indication service of process was had (no date, time, place nor servers' "initials") but the final photo of that second document clearly says do not file and apparently one of her professional investigators couldn't read and absolutely made a mess of things. As for texts and emails {I don't have time to count all the requests she had of me seeking the laws regarding how to serve process on at least two occasions, and I retain them all) nor count her frivolous communications. Rather I produce the actual docs, not unevidenced words and assertions take a look at her top line "dance" these are the Notary's words. I simply paid the $200 demanded {remember I paid before she does Anything}. I pity the fool that doesn't look at my $200.00 loss and take heed. She is a (disabled) person sitting around Notarizing Documents. Her dad is dying, he was the Richard in the Corporation. Simply pitiful. Recall she has absolutely nothing into it. Whereas I have far more just in filing fees then she is crying about let alone the time involved in writing a lawful and legal claim which by the way she was also supposed to serve discovery along with the complaint. In a word - INCOMPETENT. The old guy can build it and the child simply tears it down!
