I have never used a process server before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. All I have to say is Chris at DALS was amazing! The person being served would not answer the door or reply to voicemails. Chris an I spoke after the 4th try with no success. He prepared me for what would happen if the 5th attempt was unsuccessful. He would file a report stating he did his due diligence and I could file paperwork with the court requesting other means of serving. But on the 5th attempt (Which happened to be on my birthday) the document was served. Chris and his team definitely earned their money! Thanks Chris and your team!!!

Once payment was made, they served him that night! A little difficult to get them on the phone - the number that came up from a google search didn't work but I was able to reach them from the number directly on the website. I emailed the documents I wanted served on a Friday afternoon - it was a long weekend so I didn't hear from them until Tuesday when they called to take my credit card over the phone, they called to take payment, and about 7:45 that night I got a call from the server saying he'd been served. The fun part was he threw in some fun details about him refusing the papers and a bit of paper throwing that went on. So not just "he's been served". Would use them again though hopefully won't have to!
