The absolute worst experience. When you initially speak to Jason, he reassures you that he can serve the person as long as you have a good address. He repeatedly told me "Landlords are notoriously hard to serve; if they are doing it one then they are probably doing it to multiple." Why then when I called and asked why the service wasn't completed He stated " She wouldn't answer the door" NO SHIT. If you know landlords are hard to serve what makes you think she would just open the door??? As a professional wouldn't you have a method to serve someone who you know could be difficult other than just knocking at the door??? The address I gave him was confirmed correct by him and the car I reported she drove was coming and going from the notes provided but the only attempts made were knocking at the door! There was little to no communication after Jason convinced me to create an account. I had to reach out multiple times just to finally get an email stating they could not serve my landlord. When I called to ask Jason questions about why she wasn't served he got downright nasty and contrite. With a condescending tone he stated he never guaranteed service and that nothing in life is guaranteed. The only option he gave me was to pay AGAIN and provide a different address even though he confirmed that it was her address and that she was in and out of the property! He then told me whatever he doesn't care about my concerns and hung the phone up in my face. If you are looking for professionalism or results do not use this business! Complete Scam. I'm pretty sure most of these are fake reviews but if you look hard enough you will see that people have the same complaints that I do. Also Jason isn't actually the person who attempts to serve; he uses 3rd party process servers therefore he cannot guarantee their methods. It's all smoke and mirrors.

I reached out to this business because an associated address was listed as the agent for service of process on a particular corporation. The proprietor of the business responded with an unpleasant, belligerent diatribe about how I should've contacted a different entity for that purpose--including by literally shouting over me on the phone. It is wildly unprofessional and concerning that a participant in the legal community would behave this way. It speaks volumes about how this person would behave with any members of that community. You would be very wise to looks elsewhere for process servers and avoid staining your reputation by having anyone like this person represent you as part of a legal case.

I had a great experience with D & R Legal Process Service. I had a fairly complicated service where a subpoena for records was issued in one State and the company to be served was in another. D & R pointed out that it would be best to apply for out of State service or else the company might resist compliance, and they were a major international business with many lawyers. D & R not only made the suggestion but also put together a package and took it to the Court in the State where service was to be made. They did all of this and completed the physical service with two days. They were great.

Jason is overrated. I fell reading the highly rated reviews but my experience with him is totally the opposite. He can serve any person who is willing to accept the papers! If the person is trying to avoid service then Jason cannot be counted. He sat with my papers for literally 2 months. First attempt was very quick he tried within a week but the other people lied and he came back to me saying I provided him with the wrong address. That's pretty much it. No serious attempts was made to serve with in the timeframe. There was no communication as mentioned by other reviewers. Each and every time I had to call him and check what was going on. Absolutely zero suggestions/guidance he provided to me. The only suggestion he gave was at the very end and that too asking for more money after getting a different date. I already paid him a high price in comparison to the others. Maybe he was good earlier but now he has people working for him without much coordination.

I had to serve a JDX on a real slippery judgment debtor. They got the order, were right on it and got it served in a couple days. Shortly there after I got the proof with photos of the perplexed goof holding the Order to Appear. That spooked him and he settled a few days later - YIPPEE KI-YAH!
