Danny R. Smith, founder and chief investigator of DRS Investigations, is a former L.A. Sheriff's Homicide detective with more than 21 years law enforcement experience. Danny has been engaged in corporate security, private security, law enforcement, private investigation and consulting continuously since 1980. As such has investigated thousands of civil, criminal and domestic cases. Danny retired in 2004 departing law enforcement with scores of accolades and commendations including the Medal of Distinguished Service. His curriculum vitae is available upon request.
