Francesco started his career in law enforcement position in 1990 with the U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prison as a Correction Officer. In 1997, Francesco was employed by the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service until 2003 when this agency was dissolved and became the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration Custom Enforcement where Francesco was a founding member and held the positions of Immigration Enforcement Agent, Fugitive Task force Agen
