I used Richard to find a guy who had taken my property and ditched town. He was amazingly fast. Had the creep's information in less that 8 hours. He also went out of his way to further assist us in obtaining a licensed repo man to get our property back. A++!

Interesting reply from Mr. Harris to my review - though he insinuates I was "disappointed" that some imaginary man didn't have any money, he was actually hired to investigate a female (quite revealing about Mr. Harris' attention to detail actually). Further, the fact that he would provide confidential client information, such as what he was hired for, as well as the (inaccurately stated) results, in such a public forum further exemplifies his lack of professionalism.

East Bay Detective Agency was great to work with. I've been looking for my brother for years and finally made a decision to spend the money and time to locate him. Richard Harris found my brother way down south in Mississippi. It took Richard about four days to locate him. I really appreciate his effort and professionalism.

I just came across a $ 250 cashiers check stub that I mailed to Richard Harris as per our phone conversation. He was supposed to find someone for me. I had also sent to him the person's SS#, CDL and the last (very recent) address. He wrote back some vague email that he had received the cashiers check and would I send him the query info. I remailed the info, unable get him to respond after that. Thanks for nothing buddy.
