100% agree with Mary G's 2014 review. In my opinion the two named individuals are charlatans. I had a similar experience with East Coast Investigations in 2020. Nick made promises and Jason delivered nothing unless DMV driving records are something. The mission was made clear to Nick from the beginning. After the initial hours were spent Nick assured me that additional hours would provide answers. I received an electronic file of pics that appeared to all be taken the same day. Jason directed me to compare those vehicles with pics I took before the investigation. Nick knew the focus was people movements not vehicle identification. Nick's plan to follow the players was lost on Jason. I believe these two charlatans are East Coast Investigations. Buyers beware. MES 2021

I recently hired this company for a surveillance job in Culpeper, VA. When I initially spoke to Nick, he sounded so sure that they will get the job done. I provided Nick & Jason with all the information needed to commence the surveillance. I bought the 20 hours package for $1,600, which Nick thought that would definitely get the job done. I specifically requested they conduct the surveillance on Saturday & Sunday and one week night. Yes, they do claim that you can reach them 24/7, however, I would leave messages and Jason did not reply on a timely fashion, always claimed he didn't get it. He would also say "I would get back to you" but never did, I would always had to call him back to get a response. Even though I specifically requested weekend hours & one weeknight, they conducted completely different hours. The report I received included nothing other than the information I provided them with; the PI lost the subject after couple of hours on Saturday and decided to leave. No surveillance was conducted on Sunday. The entire report listed 18.99 hours and gave me no new information other than what time he arrived & left. They totally misrepresented themselves and I feel I was robbed. I hired someone else immediately and received more information & photos in few hours than the 18 hours ECI spent on. I would NEVER use them again & I advise everyone out there to do their homework/research prior to hiring this company. READ THE REVIEWS!!!
