ESI Process Serving contacted my company to complete process service . They convinced me to give a lower price as if we could have a mutual ongoing business in the future. After having their client mail me the service documents and I completed service, they would not pay agreed upon fee. They would not return my phone calls, emails or faxes requesting payment. Not only did they not pay, but they did none of the work. I spent 45 minutes at the post office because their client certified mailed to the wrong address. I then had to correct mistakes in the paperwork in order to complete the service. ESI assured me they were sending payment, but never did send it. Beware of this scandalous service!
