My attorney hired this company as a service processor,the person that was supposed to get the job done never did.One they are over priced, he was supposed to serve someone for me and 7 days went by and never got anything done and never even answered my attorney or me as we tried to contact him several times. I told my attorney to hire someone else.Very unprofessional I do not recommend.

They may be a bit pricey but each cent is worth it they are very good at what they do and they accomplish far more than you can imagine I had a situation in a cyber situation and they were able to handle it in the correct manner and those people are now sitting behind bars I wouldn't say anything I can't say anything bad about this company they are the best in private investigating

I had nearly a decade worth of photos and other documents that I would have lost if ETS hadn't recovered them for me, so I am very grateful to have them back. David was personable and professional and he is a good communicator who kept me up-to-date with the status of his work. There are some nonsense 1-star reviews on yelp which made me nervous at first, but when I met David in person it was clear that he was a professional and those negative reviews are just bogus. If you're looking for data recovery services then look no further, I highly recommend ETS Intelligence.

I would have to agree that this 'business' is not worth the money. ETS lacks integrity and is dishonest with their clients. In my opinion the owner, Dave is a con-man preying on people when they need help. There is very little follow through on getting the job done, if anything at all. Constantly asking for more money yet producing no results. Producing proof of work takes forever to receive. I was lead to believe that ETS was employing 20-25 employees, in fact that is not true at all. Check the BBB and D&B and my dog is a better dectective than this so-called detective will ever be!!!!

If you are in need of a private investigator there is no one better than Dave. On a personal level I have utilized ETS Intelligence for a Domestic Investigation and was able to safely leave an abusive relationship. On a professional level they are the only one we use for our tenant screenings. The date that they provide is both detailed but also CURRENT!
