I called because the location of this process server is near my home. After call

I called because the location of this process server is near my home. After calling they said that it would be $55 dollars to serve papers although their business name is twenty dollar valley wide.. After being on the phone for a few minutes the person asked if it would be OK to leave the papers posted on the persons door... WTF? That defeats the whole purpose of hiring them because that doesn't constitute serving. DO NOT waste your time contacting these people. They have no clue what they are doing and are fraudulent people who want way more money than what they advertise. STAY AWAY
