Initially, I retained a different process server, but they dropped the ball. With time running out, I hired First Class and they delivered first class service. I had given up hope that the papers would be served because the defendant has an unpredictable schedule and therefore is hard to track down. But First Class did it. Very highly recommend.

A previous private investigator regarding a custody issue failed to serve the defendant over three weeks of trying. She was evasive. I was now in a time crunch with the likelihood of extension of court date. Greg did the surveillance and service the following day without a problem! Completely professional and outstanding work. My attorney will now be using First Class and I would choose no one else. Highly recommended!

I needed a local Company to serve and process a 90 day notice of petition to evict tenants. The professionalism and courtesy they offered and served made it very easy to start the process of eviction. As we all know to start an eviction in the state of NY is very complicated the law for landlords and tenants changes all the time. I googled processor in NY and found this company. When I contacted First Class Process it was the best thing I did. they handled all the paperwork the same day. I also needed help with a small discrepancy in my paperwork and they had no problem helping me take action to get to the next level of this eviction. I would recommend them to anyone who is unfamiliar with processing and serving court papers. I couldn't be more thankful for that. This was our first time ever having to use a process server and Jennifer walked us through each step. She was thorough throughout the entire process. We had to file an order of protection right away and First Class Process Servers helped us out immediately with no complications. The follow-up paperwork was done with expertise and efficiency. I highly recommend this company! The service was completed fast and without an issue. The owner was very helpful and patient with me as this was my first time I had to have papers served, was nervous but The owner and his staff reassured me it would be completed and got it done!
