STOP and DONT HIRERecently hired Mr Claudius DeFrancesco for a Family Court service for service of papers and service was incomplete according to the judge. Papers were never nailed to the door in conjunction with going to defendants house. I brought this to Claudius DeFrancesco's attention and he told me that it wasn't necessary and only needed if a judge requests it . ( not true) I also requested a REFUND and he said" for what". Also, he never picks up the phone and does everything by text, despite having a problem with service. This guy is no good and will take your money, DO NOT USE MRClaudius DeFrancesco. THE WORST and UNPROFESSIONAL:(

It's good to know that there's such a reliable process server in the area. Hopefully I won't need this guy's services again anytime soon, BUT IF I DO, I know who I'm calling.

I highly recommend Claudius as the best Court Process Server he's very courteous and efficient in his work. He listens to your needs and explains in detail what to expect. I reached out to Mr. Claudious DeFranceco over the phone on my first attempt, and explain my situation and what I was looking for he advised and put me at ease because I was a little nervous about this process and what to expect and he immediately asked to scan my petition over and to my surprise, took immediate action and served the papers the very next day to the respondent. Not to mention he's the only one with reasonable fees and the least expensive in prices as opposed to other court process servers who charge much higher fees and return your calls a few days later. I was very satisfied with his work and he deserves a higher rating than 5 Stars. I highly recommend him Maria E. Rodriguez

When it comes to process serving, you need a reliable service. This was not the case with Flashpoint who was either not responsive, or extremely curt and unprofessional sending numerous obnoxious emails to leave good reviews. I would highly recommend NOT to use this service.

I had to reach out to this company after my scheduled process server ghosted me in the morning that I needed to serve my papers to Defendant. I frantically looked online for someone. I reached out to this company at 9am and explained situation. Within minutes I was submitting payment online and driving over to Queens to meet the server. By 11:00am the Defendant had been served. Top notch customer service and professionalism. Can't recommend them enough. Caring personnel and thorough serving. 5 stars
