Foglight is owned and managed by Artur Tilis, an investigator with years of experience as police officer in the Bay Area. A graduate of San Francisco State University, Artur spent years as a detective, training instructor, and Terrorism Liaison Officer working with the FBI to keep our area safe. A former semi-pro athlete, Artur's activities as a police officer included guarding individuals, crowd control, and providing security for major events and venues. We have used Foglight Investigations many times throughout the last several years, and I can say with confidence: They are reliable, professional, and very good at "quick thinking" under pressure. The team is ex law enforcement so they are very familiar with escalation protocols, and have educated me on such to always ensure we are giving the right directives, and never opening ourselves up to risk. I wholeheartedly trust Foglight, and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of PI or Security Contractor services.

I thought I was being hacked and quite possibly setup to be burglarized. Foglight Investigations checked the phone number that called us and was able to quickly understand and provide us with detail of what was going on. Also we were given lots of information on how to prevent being hacked and other resources and referrals to other partners of theirs who may help as well. I felt very happy and safe after speaking and consulting with Foglight investigations. I highly recommend them. Not too mention his pricing was very fair. Couldn't be happier I went with Foglight over a competitor!
