10/1/2014 Edit " Do not hire this person to do anything for you. I hired him for five hours of investigative services, paid $425.00. He was quick to call and get the work, very quick to call and verify my credit card information and charge my credit card, but has only responded to one phone call out of five and not responded to any e-mails. The credit card charge was under a Professional Cleaning Services company for janitorial services, not under Gentry Investigations. When I called the number listed on the credit card transaction, the number was for a disconnected Bank of America number. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud. This guy is a rip-off and a fraud. Legal action has been started against him so I can get my refund which he promised in the one phone call when he actually answered his phone.

It's simple. Made a call to Gentry Investigations and quickly received a response. Hired do to the presence in the searches on the Internet. Within hours deposited 1000.00 in to the account of the person listed on the website. Now going on over four weeks. Repeated attempts to get the investigator to do "investigating". Sporadic email responses always reassuring work would start and it never did. I had to do my own investigating. After finally realizing we had been duped--we asked for a return of the money. No response. Please check out the BBB--Grad of F--for----Lack of Response to complaints. Please check out the business license number to verify. Please call the Wichita Police Department to check out credentials. We should have done our own investigation of this service. Proceed only after checking out the company--with no physical address that we can find. Be careful. Maybe they have worked for others--but there is no verifiable reviews to know that. With the BBB rating--we aren't the only ones who have been hurt.
